The rules and conditions for using the Logistics & Beyond platform.
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Logistics & Beyond platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legally registered business entity to use the platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to bind your business to these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

When a Logistics Manager accepts a Freight Forwarder's bid, a binding service contract is formed between those parties. Logistics & Beyond acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to the underlying freight contract.
Bids submitted on the platform are binding offers. Withdrawing a bid after acceptance may result in account suspension and liability for losses incurred by the other party.
All payments must be processed through the Logistics & Beyond platform via Paystack. Direct payments between parties that circumvent the platform are a material breach of these Terms.
The platform charges a commission on Freight Forwarder contracts and a processing fee on Transporter payments. Current rates are published on the Pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
Funds are held in escrow by the platform until the Proof of Delivery is confirmed. Disbursement is made within the settlement period applicable to your subscription plan.
Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time. During a free trial, no charge is made until the trial period ends.
If a dispute arises between platform users, both parties must first attempt to resolve it through the platform's dispute resolution process. Logistics & Beyond may, at its discretion, facilitate mediation but is not an arbitrator and bears no liability for the outcome of user disputes.
Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, governed by Kenyan law.
Logistics & Beyond is a marketplace platform. We are not a freight forwarder, transporter, or customs agent and accept no liability for:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the commission earned on the transaction giving rise to the claim.
All platform content, design, software, and branding is the property of Logistics and Beyond Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a licence to display it on the platform.
You may close your account at any time via account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or inactivity exceeding 24 months. On termination, your active shipments and outstanding payments will be processed through to completion.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
